I am currently in the middle of the Hypertrophy I template and it is going very well! I plan on moving onto the Hypertrophy II template next. Is there a need for a break between the two? Such as, something lighter, more cardio, for example? If not, then after the Hypertrophy II, then go right into one of the strength or endurance templates? I guess what I am asking is can you run templates one right after the other and just change the template choice based on need?
You could run them back to back, if you like. I think that’d be fine.
