Break inbetween templates

i have been running the PL2 programme for around 4 weeks using some equipment at my freinds house. however i will not beable to use his equipment after the end of this week and i dont have any way of doing the same excersices at home. Gyms are also closed at the moment so i cant use those and i am not sure when i will beable to get access to a bar and a rack again so i have a couple questions/options i could do.

  • How long is too long to have a break inbetween the programme to where i would not beable to continue where i left off?
  • if i did have a long break how would you recomend going about getting back into the programme?
  • It is possible that in a few weeks i could beable to use a bar and rack however i would only be able to do so bi-weekly, would it be possible to run the programme doing each week with a weeks break and doing some at home training in the ‘‘off weeks’’.

I think anything more than 1-2 weeks of no training would make me want to restart whatever program I was on.

I think if you get access to gym equipment, you could restart the program as best as possible (probably just doing days 1 and 2) when you can.
