Bridge 2.0 Conditioning/GPP days

Hi guys,

I just want to make sure I’m doing the conditioning in The Bridge 2.0 correctly.

I recently finished The Bridge 1.0 and by the end of the program i was doing the steady state cardio 1x a week and the sprints 1x week as programmed.

In the 2.0 version, is it intended to not do both of those during the same weeks? It looks like the spreadsheet has the steady state only in weeks 1-4 and the sprints in weeks 5-8. Unless I’m missing something.

I am trying to trim a little off the waist measurement. Should i continue running the conditioning as I was in V1 or should i split it up like it is outlined in v2.0?
