GPP for bridge 2.0 and HLM

I have quick question about gpp on bridge 2.0 and hlm.
On program template it is written that you do 1x a week od weeks 1-4. And from 5-8 2x/week.

But in the gpp explanation it is LI cardio from week 1-4 and HIIT from week 5-8.
So, do from week 5 do you do only HIIT.
Or you do 2x a week, one LI and later on the week HIIT?

Can I when transition from bridge to hlm continue to do 2x a week from start or start again with 1x per week?
Or it doesn’t matter so much
