I have a quick question for you about the conditioning on the v2 Bridge. GPP is listed as 1x per week for week 1-4, as LISS. Then it talks about doing HIIT 1x per week in weeks 5 thru 8 in conjunction with also saying total GPP is 2x per week in a different spot on the sheet. Does that mean for weeks 5-8 to do HIIT 1x / week and LISS 1x / week? Or is thata to and it should be 2x/wk HIIT for week5-8?
Also, related question, is it ok for me to add a second LISS / wk starting in week 3?
