Is it possible to clarify something for me?
Regarding Bridge 2.0 GPP: Is the upper back work and the Ab work to be done in addition to the other cardio? For example, on week 5, would we do one day of steady state, one day of HIIT, two days of chins, and two days of abs… in between lifting days?
If so, would it look something like: M/W/F: Lifting. Tuesday: LISS+Abs+chins. Thursday: HIIT+Abs+chins. Saturday: Abs+chins. Sunday: Abs+Chins.
Am I reading this correctly?
