I am currently on the 2nd week of the Bridge free program and i’m wondering if I should train accessory exercises on GPP days or on the days of the main lift. So on mondays for competition squat, should I do anything like lunges or front squats.
Welcome! We’d really suggest you run the template as written, particularly your first time around. There is no need to add work like lunges or front squats at all, you want to manage your overall training so it’s not always better to add more work.
