Bridge or SSLP

So I started the bridge 3 weeeks ago, without having done SSLP. As I thought I had gained a solid foundation from previous training. However now I know I should’ve started SSLP instead, my question is: Do I continue on the bridge as is or next week reset and begin SSLP.

If you have never run the LP, I’d start that next week and come back to the Bridge when it’s more appropriate for your training level. I’d suggest you do your fives and eat some more food. :slight_smile:
