I know macros are important but how important are they. I’m not saying macros as a whole but the whole bodybuilding bro science version of it.
Like if someone was trying to lose weight and they find having a daily caloric intake of 2000 calories was the sweet spot how much do macros matter?
In bodybuilding they make it seem like if you have 50/30/20 macros vs 40/40/20 macros is going to make a HUGE difference. Also could you provide some links to the reasoning behind your thought? Thanks
Save for making sure protein is adequate for LBM preservation, it doesn’t matter at all.
