So I can’t say what the direct cause is as i did deadlifts, bench, and squats today, deadlifting being the heaviest ( slightly rounded back on my single pull) but when i got home and was laying on the couch my back started to feel like it was laying on a heated seat ( burning sensation)? Any reason to believe a workout could cause a burning sensation in lower & middle back?
- i haven’t experience any pain other then the usual odd ache so i find it hard to believe i could of slipped a disc like google has suggested
