So I’m 40 and need to increase my cardio for running. I’m in my 2nd month of LP and have been making great progress. I need to get my run faster for my PT test. What method would would work best so my LP dosent suffer?

Curious, are you just looking to pass, or are you maintaining a high score for promotion points and the like?
Nah I’m in reserves points don’t matter. P for pass is what I’m looking for.
