Conditioning after LP Recs

Hello,

So I’m in that population that needs some additional conditioning with LP. I really need to do it immediately following LP sessions as my time best permits for a 3/week schedule. Do you typically program a mix of LISS cardio and high intensity for your LP w/cardio population? Would something similar to The Bridge but after lifting sessions likely be okay?

Yep, we’d start out with some lower intensity work and eventually add in a second higher intensity day.
