Cardio Replacement Questions

Hey Guys,

just kicked off the 4 day time crunch strength program, with 20min of cardio on the lifting days. Unfortunately my gym nearby moved, so I have to go a bit farther to get there now. My question is simple - is the 25min each way walk enough to replace the 20min cardio? I know the intensity will be lower, but the time will increase by ~30min. Let me know, thanks!

If it’s fast enough to get your HR into the target zone, yep, that should work.
