Clarification on HITT

Hi Doc,

In a couple days I’ll be receiving my weight plates and can finally get back to training. I just wanted a clarification on the HITT prescribed; does 20 seconds on/100 seconds on for 12 minutes mean 5 or 6 rounds? Do you stop at 12 minutes or do another round until you reach 12:20? Additionally, I don’t have access to any conditioning equipment at the moment (though I’m thinking of getting a stationary bike) so doing LISS seems rather hard. It’s too hot outside for jogging (though I do a 30 minute brisk walk every night), so I’m thinking of just having 2 days of HITT. On one day I’d do jumping jacks or mountain climbers and on the other I’d do burpees. Is that okay? Thanks!
