Clarification on Rep Prescription for BB I

Hi BBM Team, could you please clarify how to approach the rep prescription for the main lifts on the newly updated Bodybuilding I template?

For example Exercise 1 on Day 1 for the second week says: 8 reps @ 7, 8 reps @ 8, Repeat the weight for 1 set of 8. For the “repeat” set–does the prescription mean to attempt 8 reps even it becomes a RPE 10? Meaning are we to not be concerned with the RPE for the “repeat” sets in this template?

Yes, repeat the set at the same weight for 8 reps. I’m not worried about the RPE on that set explicitly, but I would record it!
