Clarify tip from latest video

In your latest YouTube video "How-to take EGO out of lifting?“ Jordan ended the video with a tip he got from bodybuilding regarding using rep ranges. Could you explain that? I didn’t quite understand. Thank you so much!

While not a tip from bodybuilding per se’, it’s a strategy I’ve been using in my bodybuilding training. Instead of doing a set of 3, 4 or 5, I’ll have a target of 3-5 reps @ RPE 6-7, then repeat the weight and rep range for a set amount of volume with an RPE cap. This way, I can progress the load and/or the rep range.
