Close grip bench press -- touch point

On the close grip bench, should the lifter try to touch the bar to the same spot on the chest as the regular bench press and allow the forearms to be non-vertical at the bottom? This seems to be what is shown on the instructional video that comes with your templates.

Also, are there any other technique issues on the CGBP to keep in mind?

The close grip bench touches lower on the chest than the regular bench. It may not be clear on the video, however.
