Collar bone pain while benching

Hello,

Lately I have been experiencing diffuse bilateral collar bone pain while benching. Its less noticeable during the set but the pain/discomfort becomes significant once I re-rack and lasts for a few seconds afterward. It hasn’t bothered me outside of bench press (yet) but it is definitely impeding my ability to progress bench press. Any thoughts on whats going on? Thank you.
