Convincing someone about training

Hello! I have an old friend that does bro-splits, thinks heavy weights will damage his joints and bones, and cares purely about hypertrophy/aesthetics. He doesn’t like programs because "the muscles don’t know programming, they just know ‘lift that sh*t’ ". He’s an old friend and I care about his gainzZz, how do I show him the ways of programming?
(by the way I’m not a doctor, “MD” is Mauro Daniel, which is my name. )

Thank you and have a good day!

How strong are you?

I’m the strongest I’ve ever been(thanks to finding you guys through Mr. Thrall’s videos, & running the SSNLP for 8weeks),but weak compared to You or Jordan. Early intermediate.
On week 2 of Bridge 1.0.

Like I said, below average.

The point I was getting at - is how strong are you compared to HIM? If he’s interested in strength, and you achieve a high level of strength, he will be more likely to listen to you.

But if he’s not particularly interested in strength, I’d just leave the guy alone and keep doing your thing. His gains (or lack thereof) are not your responsibility.

His bench is way stronger than mine, 315 for sets, but other than that, in stronger. He doesn’t care about strength, so yeah I’ll just leave it alone. Thank you.
