Quick synopsis; began with starting strength two runs of the bridge then one run of the Legacy hypertrophy 1 now on my second run of bridge 3.0. I kind of like working the lower rep strength but don’t want to compromise long-term development and I am just now getting back close to previous tested one rep Maxes after working around some little injuries. I was thinking of trying strength 2 next before doing another hypertrophy block or even a strength-and-conditioning block. What think?
Strength II seems like a good plan given your preferences and training history if you can train 4x/wk.

That is a good point, I have my hands full already with three training days and two GPP days plus my own MA training/teaching. What would you suggest if I kept that same training frequency? Do you think that after two and a half years of pretty consistent training that I may need a fourth day? I know this is all hard to cypher without way more info but any input would be great. I can provide more detail if needed as well.
Strength I would probably be where I would go with things. I have quite a few clients who only train 3x/wk and who have achieved significant improvements in strength- squatting in the low 500’s and pulling near 600.
Those weights would be a dream for another life but point taken. Strength I it is.
