Repeat Strength 1 or move on

I just wrapped up strength 1. Absolutely loved the program and the results. I was in a calorie deficit throughout the entirety of the program, so the strength increase was very small but I’ve never been this strong at my current weight (6ft, 152 lbs).

Now that I’m planning to increase calories to a moderate surplus would yall recommend I repeat Strength 1 or should I try strength 2?

If you enjoyed your training on Strength I and saw good results, I think it’s reasonable to repeat it. If you’d like to train an additional day, e.g. 4 days/wk of lifting vs 3 days/wk, then strength II would be a good move too. It’s really personal preference given this information!
