training plateau

Hi! I have run the strength 3 training program for the past two years and has made good progress and increased strength in the three lifts. The last two - three times I haven’t gotten as much out of the program as I did before. I still want to train to increase my strength. Do you have any suggestions on what I can do next? Any programs you recommend or something like that?​ I have found that the bench press work works well for me, but I have not increased my squats or deadlifts in over a year and a half.

Realize that the question is a bit vague, but need tips to keep the motivation up. What action should I take in terms of the training program?

I think that given the training history, The Low Instraset Fatigue templates and associated e-book would be a great fit here!
