Strength I?

After hearing some of the ways your thinking has evolved re: programming and fatigue and how close to train to failure, would you still recommend someone coming back from a layoff move to Strength I after getting back to their old numbers? I’ve done PB I in the past and liked it a lot, but I am looking to focus more on maximizing strength for the foreseeable future, maybe throwing in a PB block occasionally to mix things up.

Strength I reflects our current thinking in programming for the target demo. I think strength I would be a good choice for you!

Great, thanks! Just started it today and excited to try some new things. Banded deadlifts are interesting! And I’m looking forward to using a slingshot for the first time.
