I currently finished powerbuilding 1 again.
I’ve re run it a few times on and off and maybe it’s time to move onto a new programme.
what would you suggest I should do?
I know powerbuilding 2 would be the obvious choice but I’m just conscious of it being 4 days lifting which may not suit my schedule as I do a lot of jiu jitsu also. Would there be a way to condense workouts maybe?
My main goal is to get stronger, I used to have hypertrophy as a goal too but I find getting stronger will cause some sort of hypertrophic response anyway.
So strength is the primary focus.
Where would you suggest going from here?

I really thing General S/C I would be an ideal setup for you. It’s strength-focused with a good amount of power and conditioning work as well. PB II would also be fine. It’s super easy to do that one 3x/wk after coming off PB I, just skip day 4. The volume will still be a bit higher and you get a bunch of variety there too.
Because you’re doing “a lot of jits” per your own report. I don’t really think they’re compatible. The other programs are also good for strength improvement, but do not hyperfocus on maximal 1RM strength in as much isolation as Strength 1.
