Hi - first time post, sorry if I’m breaking any rules. Your strength programs came highly recommended and so I recently purchased the 12 week strength 2.0 to start now that summer is over. However, after reviewing the program I was wondering if I would benefit from something with a bit more volume given my current numbers and body comp. 30 yo, 6ft, 225lbs, 1RMs (lbs) are currently S: 455 / B: 335 / D: 515. Long-winded question, but curious if you might think I’m better off running a powerbuilding program and perhaps improving my overall body comp before diving back into a strength routine. I don’t have any hypertrophy-specific goals other than making sure I’m not hindering strength development. Thanks!
Mr. Jiggs,
Thanks for the post and your business
I think that if strength is in your top 2 goals and you haven’t ran our programming before, the 12 Week Strength program is going to be pretty good for you. Conversely, if you’ve been doing a ton of strength work and would like a bit of a break, but still give some priority to the big 3 (or 4 if you include the press), the Powerbuilding I (3 day) or II (4 day) would be right up your alley. I don’t think either would hinder your strength development.
Hope that helps!

Haha, we’re working on it
Not to pile on but after dozens of tries checking the website I have yet to find extra large what are you going to do not train t-shirts in stock. Maybe just my coincidental luck as far as when I check I don’t know
If you check almost every size, we’re still waiting for the re-stock. I promise we’re not holding the XL back.
