What to run after PowerBuilding I - still have some weight to lose

Hi, I’m halfway through PowerBuilding I but want to take advantage of the laborday sale. I was thinking of Strength I but noticed the description said if you have weight to lose you should ieally run PowerBuilding. Would you recommend a purely hypertrophy template next, rather than strength seeing as I’m still aiming to lose weight?

Hey Pat,

If you want to train 3 days per week and focus on strength, you could do strength 1, sure. If you are less concerned with total strength gain, I’d probably do general S/C or Hypertrophy 1, with the former being more strength oriented than the latter- but both would be appropriate in this scenario.
