I have ran a number of your templates (Hypertrophy 1, Power Building 1, General Strength, Legacy Hypertrophy, Legacy Strength). I plan on purchasing the Hypertrophy 2 and Power Building 2 next (and the Body Building when it comes out) and running them sequentially. My goals are to continue to lose weight.
My question is: The Hypertrophy and the Power Building both say to run a strength (or endurance ← I am ignoring the endurance because it sounds terrible) after, what does someone like me who need to lose weight do? Would General Strength but good to run again in between or after both level 2s? Is there going to be a Gen Strength 2?
I know that i can run them over and over as long as I am getting results but should I throw in the Gen Strength or a Strength in the mix as part of my long term training plan.
