Nutrition guidelines for new templates

Hi,

Do you have any specific recommendations for certain types of templates, in terms of gaining/losing weight?

I was looking at the Hypertrophy II description to see if it would be suitable to run it while slowly losing weight?

Thanks for the post and great questions!

Any of the templates could be run while losing weight, but my personal favorites are the hypertrophy or powerbuilding templates for slow weight loss, with the decision to run one or the other being up to the individual’s preferences.
