So 3 and a half months ago I was 285 pounds and I had an idea of what I wanted to do so I did bullshit workouts and got myself down to 245. For the past four weeks I have done the “beginner prescription” and my strength has gone way up. I can continue but I’m wondering what to do next in order to lose more fat. Should I do one of the hypertrophy templates or power building?
