Which template to use while trying to lose weight

Hi there

I have been training for 2 years. Looking to switch to your templates. I am wanting to focus on losing weight - ideally 10-15lbs. I am not planning on competing in anything and will be training for general health and wellness.

I am wondering what your recommendation for a template would be.

Any of the templates would be fine, depending on how many days per week you want to train and your training goals. If it were me, I’d probably do one of the powerbuilding templates.
