I am on week 9 of Hypertrophy I. I have made significant gains in mass. After this, I would like to lose about 10-12 lbs of mostly fat. I was thinking of doing your General S&C template as I am not training for a sport and just want to be physically as fit as I can at 63 years old. Would this template help me meet the Current Physical Activity Guidelines? And thank you for the great template.

Yep, you could definitely run the General S/C template during a weight loss phase. On the other hand, you could repeat Hypertrophy I if you’re enjoying that template as well. Either way would be fine.
