I’ve been taking creatine mono for a long time and just went off it for a few weeks and it’s been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t lost any weight. I kind of remember that I didn’t clearly gain weight when I started it either. Could that mean I’m wasting my time taking it and I am a non-responder? I know it’s cheap and relatively easy to take, but why take it if it does nothing.
The general question would be:
I know that studies show that there are lower and higher responders to creatine. Is there any data to show it correlates to the weight gained from creatine?
