DB Press Technique clarification

Just wanting some clarification on how to dumbbell press, as it is an option on the new hypertrophy template, and I’ve never done them lol.

  1. Seated or standing?
  2. Should your elbow position be similar to the [barbell] Press (i.e. tucked)? Most bro’s in the gym do it with flared elbows

  1. I’d probably do them seated, though if you preferred standing that’s fine too.

  2. What do you mean “tucked” elbows? These are not done like a barbell press with the elbows in front of the bar, if that’s what you mean. Flared is fine, if you tolerate that position.
