Seems like the bottom of my deadlift is a sticking point. I am really slow off the floor but once I get past say mid shin I lock out pretty fast. Any assistance work I can plug into the 12 week press template to help the bottom of the deadlift?
This isn’t really a “sticking point” in the traditional sense.
I would post a form check video to our FB group. It’s usually either due to a setup issue, or just needing to get stronger. Heavy weights are always hard to pull off the floor.
