Deload Week

Due to my lack of ability to recover properly, donyou think it would be okay to take a deload week in between the development and specialization phases of the HLM program? I got a little overtrained / some overreaching towards the end of the bridge and started cutting workouts short / dropping the third movement which affected my gains. All in all I really only made significant progress in the volume phase of the bridge. Lost a little on the second. Don’t want to make the same mistake on HLM!

Did you go through the usual suspects ? Food, sleep , stress

Food is mostly on point (as far as I know), sleep is the issue for me; always has been.
