Hi all I am looking for some help with my distal biceps tendon repair - it hasn’t gone well 5 months post - op and there is a huge gap down in my bicep from my shoulder. I can barely squeeze to make a muscle and have little to no stability. Has anyone had anything like this in their recovery?
