Distal Bicep Recovery Questions

Hey guys, I saw this has been discussed a few times already at different stages but I had a few more questions. I’m roughly 12 weeks post op (single incision button repair) and my PT and surgeon cleared me to start easing my way back into bodybuilding. Minor restrictions on exercises etc. My PT and doc gave clear warning signs to know when to stop. Other than major things are there like minor kinks, pains, or just feelings you guys felt that weren’t serious? I’ve been trying to find any sources that say “if you feel x it’s normal and don’t poop your pants over it” but there’s just not a lot of stuff like that. I hope I kinda articulated that well enough XD
