Pain is very mild about 1 out of 10. Feels like more of a tightness than anything. I can squat and deadlift with no pain in my knee. But it bothers me throughout the day. Just wanting some advice on what to do with regards to training load and how to build capacity without aggravating it more. Thanks
What have you tried so far?
I was hoping to find an intensity that I could do and not get that next day tightness feeling or maybe restrict rom for a period of time but I haven’t experimented with that yet.
