Hey Jordan & Austin, Jake here.
Just has a quick question about pulling on a DL bar for my meet on June 22. I don’t train on a DL bar and won’t be able to before the meet, my question is should I plan on pulling a bit more on the DL bar due to the whip or should I plan for what would roughly be my singles @ 8, 9, and 10 on the normal stiff bar? If I should plan on pulling more, how much should it be for each attempt? Thanks again!
