DL variations in free strongman template

Hi all,

I’m in the last week of the free strongman template and I really liked it! It was also the first strength program I ever did after quite some time of just messing around in the gym. I’m planning on running it again for a few cycles but I was wondering if I could change the variations of the DL and press on the third day? Say I wanted to do a deficit deadlift and a BTN press, should I change the sets, reps RPE?

Happy to hear you liked the program. You can adjust the lift variations in the program without changing the rep schemes. No problem there.

If you liked the free program, I think you’d do really well with the full Strongman Program, which also allows the user to select their preferred exercises.

Thanks! I’ll be running the free 3 day program for now because it works better with my schedule but the full program is definitely on my wish-list.
