Doing on Mon, Tue and Thu for 3 days program

Hi BBM crews!

I have this plan for my lack of time on the weekdays.

Can I work out two days in a row for 3 days program? Like Monday for day 1, Tuesday for day 2, Wednesday for rest, and Thursday for day 3.

This is because I usually have time to work out on Saturday and Sunday in a row and not much for weekdays.

My plan is to work out on Saturday, Sunday and whatever one weekday for the Bridge, HLM, and whatever 3 days program.

Is it okay? Or not preferable but okay thing? Or just no.
