Dosage of Protein Powder

The BBM Protein states “So, while there’s no harm in taking 2 scoops at a time-there’s no benefit either and economically you’re better off using a single serving at a time.”

If I’m using protein powder to add another 30-50g serving of protein in my day, would it not be beneficial to take 2 scoops?

Or is this suggesting that there are more economical sources to consume an additional 9 - 29g of protein? In terms of time, I’d much rather just throw 2 scoops together than consume two different protein sources.

Sorry if this seems nit-picky, I’m trying to make sure I’m not missing something.

The context of the quote is that our protein supplement contains an adequate amount of essential amino acids in one scoop, such that two scoops really isn’t necessary. That said, yes, your total daily protein intake is more important than the amount of protein consumed at a certain meal.
