I’ve searched the internet a bit and havne’t found a reliable chart or formula to calc RPE’s or Rep Maxes for women. My limited experience is that dropping the same percentage off a given set for me and a female trainee yields vastly different RPE’s.
Is this your experience? If so, could you point towards any resources/formulas/etc. to calculator females trainee’s RPR or e1rm?
