Hello All,
I made a little RPE Calculator based on the ones I’ve seen online.
Make yourself a copy if you find it useful.
Just punch in your 1RM into the green box at the top left.

Awesome, thanks man
Thanks for the link. Is there a similar spread sheet for women/slow twitch/low responders. I am a male, but I am pretty sure I can get more significant more reps at the percentages of 1 RPM than indicated in that chart.
One thing about RPE training is that it inherently works that into the training. For example if you are trying to a set of 5 at RPE 8 this chart suggest 81.1%. But lets say that in order to get 5 reps at RPE 8 I have to have 86.3 of my 1 RPM on the bar. As long as I accurately gauging RPE it seems like the system is already adjusting the intensity higher to account for the fact that I am a bit of a low-responder.
I guess that kind raises the question of what a template for women/male low responders would be. The RPE system already accounts for them some–that said would the volume get increased too?
