Hi there - I have a question regarding what the best strategy would be for my goals.
31yo - 6’1 - 205lbs - 34 waist
e1rem s/b/d = 350/215/390
I am on week 5 of powerbuilding 2. I just do the 4 lifting days + 30min of liss cardio a week. This is my first BBM template and I am still getting used to RPE.
I just track my protein (I try to hit 200g a day) and log my weight morning and night.
My goal is to get stronger and build muscle. Based on what I’ve read on this forum, my plan is to keep my weight at 205, expecting to reduce the waist and get stronger / build more muscle. Once I get my waist to below 33, I can start slowly bulking.
I ask does this sound like a good plan? Thanks a lot!
