Endurance Training during Beginner Template

Hi. I run 3 times per week, bike 1-2 times, and swim 2-3 times. All for 30 min to an hour per session. I’ve been strength training off and on for the past couple of years. I would like to get back into strength training but don’t want to cut back on my endurance training. Should I run the beginner template as-is or modify it to only twice per week? My goal is strength and hypertrophic gains. Thanks.

If you’ve been consistently doing conditioning 6-7x/wk, I think you can do the resistance training elements of Beginner Prescription as written.
