First of all iam super grateful to for all the amazing articles you guys publish!!
I have a question regarding the program laid out in the article “Strength training for the endurance athlete”. Is this program more favorable for a beginner ,who will compete in a 5k race in 8 weeks, then the program laid out in the beginner prescription?
(Iam 26, recently started oly twice per week and would like to get stronger but still be able to outrace my girlfriend at this race)
