Follow up on Derek Miles' 'Strength Training for the Endurance Athlete Part I-III'

Hi BBM crew,

Great article and great information on how to program for endurance athletes. I am an endurance athlete and my off-season (where we do not have official competitions) begins around mid-September and runs until March. I am planning to follow Part III of the article for strength programing but was wondering if I should taper it off closer to march? Is there a certain template that you guys recommend for endurance athletes to follow in the off-season?
