I just finished week 4 of the bridge and one thing I have noted is that if I were to run the program again I would switch Bench and Close Grip because I have noticed Monday’s I perform a little better from having the weekend off. I feel like I am not prioritizing the bench press as much as I need to given it is my weakest lift.
Is there any specific reason for bench press on Friday rather than Monday or is it just a preference thing and/or just programmed that way?
