Extending Low ISF Template

Hi BBM team!

I hope you all are doing well!

I’m currently finishing week 10 of the 16-week low ISF template and really enjoying it.

An opportunity to compete in a meet came up on the weekend of 3/28/26, which is 10 weeks away.

Do you think it would be feasible for me extend the template out an additional 4 weeks to lead into the meet? If so, how would you go about doing it?

Howdy! Glad to hear you’re digging the Gen 1 template. In this situation, the Gen 2 Low Fatigue template is actually perfectly setup for you. I’d do the 4-day PL program (1 of 4 different programs you get with the download) and start from Block 2. It’s got 10 weeks of perfectly planned programming (for PL) leading up to meet day. I rarely push gen 2 programs on folks, but I think this would work well.

Thanks for this super helpful reply! This program looks perfect for my current situation. Plus, I’ve essentially been alternating the legacy powerbuilding and low fatigue templates for years now, so this will be a welcome change-up to the routine! Looking forward to letting you all know how it goes on meet day.
